Parties and noisy gatherings are strictly forbidden, as well as smoking/vaping. If we are notified by smoke detector or find cigarette butts on departure, we will charge 150EUR. It is not allowed to invite other people who are not covered by the reservation, at least not more than 10-15 minutes. Beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. By default, for bookings of two persons, we do not prepare the sofa bed. Please let us know, in this case, if you want to sleep separately, so that we can prepare it for your arrival :) Turn off the lights and the AC before leaving the flat. Once the booking is confirmed, we will ask for a copy of the identification documents via Chekin. Failure to present them will be a reason for cancellation of the booking. --> According to Spanish law, all guests are obliged to present an identity document and sign the National Police guest registration form. Failure to comply with this obligation will entitle us to cancel the booking without any compensation to the guest. If you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings. They will probably need to be collected from somewhere other than the accommodation. Thank you very much for your consideration. ;)
