Bright and cozy studio at the very historical city center. Old guesthouse refurbished in homely studios. Full equipped with Hi Speed Wifi, Air Conditioning, Heating, SmartTV, Fridge, Induction Kitchen, Hair Dryer, etc. Located near to Atocha Station, Reina Sofia museum and Retiro Park You will be at the very city center but you will not ear any noise, the studio has been refurbished recently. Terraces, cafeterias, theatres, museums… all inside the neighborhood! Connected by buses and 4 metro lines. Close to Plaza Mayor Sol Square, to Kings palace, to San Miguel Market, Almudena Cathedral, also close to Prado Musseum, Retiro Park and in front of Reina Sofia Musseum. The apartment is surrounded by food markets, fruit stores, etc. Historical neighborhood, very well known by its bohemian environment and its street life, it is also very secure. The apartment is based on a 1st floor and the building has elevator.

House Rules

Dear guests, please take into consideration that this is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking penalty is 100 euros. In your studio there is an 80-liter electric water heater. It is very rare that you can use it up but, every time it runs out, it takes about 10/15 minutes to heat up the whole tank again. The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain at the premises. Any damage or blood stain of the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged. We kindly ask you not to make noise at the studio, hallways and other common areas after 10 PM and before 6 AM. There are local residents (and other guests in the other studios) and we promised them to be quiet and maintain friendly relations. The neighbors might call the police and you might get a 150 EUR ticket. If something is broken – please send a picture to us as soon as you arrive to the apartment. If you broke something during your stay - let us know, the sooner the better, so we can calculate the cost, discuss and work this out. If you broke e.g. a glass, it's not a big deal, do not worry. We just want you to be honest with us :) Last, but not least, don't forget to enjoy your stay! :-)

You'll be right in the heart of Madrid! This studio is newly renovated and located on a very quiet street, far from any noise. Enjoy incredible access to transportation with bus stops and three metro lines just steps away. You'll be within a 5-minute walk of the Reina Sofía Museum, the Prado Museum, and Retiro Park. Plaza Mayor, Sol, and Gran Vía are only 10 minutes away, with the Royal Palace, San Miguel Market, Almudena Cathedral, and Atocha train station all nearby, putting the entire city center at your fingertips. Convenience is key, with several supermarkets, Mercado de la Cebada, greengrocers, and bars very close by. Explore the historic neighborhoods of La Latina and Lavapiés, known for their bohemian, artistic atmosphere and wide variety of tapas restaurants, pintxos bars, and pubs. It's a very lively and safe area.

Located near to Atocha Station, Reina Sofia museum and Retiro Park You won’t need any other transport during your stay, you can reach anywhere of the city center on foot from the apartment.
